The Live Through Rec Sport Program is designed for athletes of all ages and abilities, our
athletes learn the basics of the sport of their choosing, while facilitating social skills,
confidence, and sportsmanship. All sessions are modified to our athletes individual
goals while their positive efforts are praised. Through the constant encouragement
and successful experiences provided by the program, all athletes will gain confidence
and self-esteem that will enable them to challenge themselves in the future.
The Live Through Rec Fitness Program includes cardiovascular exercises, light weight training, and corestrengthening exercises to enhance muscle tone, weight loss/gain, flexibility, balance, and agility. Our instructors
are patient, enthusiastic, and great communicators in order for all participants to feel confident and comfortable.
Participants will enhance their physical functioning, achieve individualized goals, and learn nutritional facts.
